1st Easter

So Addie had her 1st Easter today and she looked beautiful. We celebrated with family and friends at my Aunt and Uncles in Louisville. Addison loves to go there and spend time with everyone. This morning before we left Larry took some pictures of Addison outside and she looked so cute.
Addison wanted me to thank everyone for all the special gifts. We are all so lucky to have such great people in our lives.

Boston, MA 2011

2 Weeks ago Larry, Addison, Grammy, and P, and I went to Boston to visit our accountants and to see the Yankees kick some RedSox butt! Well the trip was great and yes, we did see the Yankees win! We did a lot of sightseeing and thankfully the weather was wonderful while we were there. Thank you to Gray,Gray, and Gray for providing us with such wonderful tickets.

They close the streets so fans can walk up and down!

Salem, MA- We went to the Witch Dungeon for a tour

The puritans believed that if you were late to church or didn't go at all, then you would spend the day in these!

This is nasty! So minutes before this picture was taken, this very lobster was taken from the tank facing directly in front of me. They took it and dropped it in the boiling water and here it is. The guts were coming out and I almost vomited. Larry and Dad couldn't go to Boston without some real seafood!! I saw too much



Addison was worn out on the way home. We had an extra seat and she stretched out!

Having Fun!!

I have been terrible about updating the blog! So much has happened since our last post.
Addison is going though a growing spurt and she is eating and sleeping a lot. I am guessing that Addie weighs about 11 pounds, but she is longer because all the pants are getting small. Don't worry because she is still in newborn pants... The clothes that fit her the best now are 0-3months. Carters stuff runs small so she is in 3 months in those, but everything else she is swallowed by 3 month.
She has been so much more alert when she is awake and she loves to smile and talk. She just can not get enough of her surroundings. The other day we decided to put her in the Bumbo seat and she did great. She loved it and I loved seeing her be so independent and sit by herself (NOT)!! I feel like it was just yesterday that we brought her home.

12 week/ Easter Pictures

Addison will be 12 weeks old this Tuesday, seriously where does the time go! Addison has discovered her hands and they are always going into her mouth, holding on to her blanket, or taking her pacifier out. She laughs a lot and we have wonderful conversations with her. She loves to sing and dance on her play mat and loves to sing with mommy in the car.
For her 3 month pics we decided to get her picture taken with a real live bunny at "Click" They did an OK job, but my cousin John does much better! www.jpkartography.com So here are the only 2 shots that we got, 1 with bunny and 1 showing off her hands and her beautiful eyes.
